Award-winning DLR Group | BraytonHughes leads the interior design and turnkey furnishings for The Residences at Alyvia. Inspired by the rhythms of a working vineyard and the craft of winemaking, the interiors translate wine country’s organic forms, tones, and textures into natural wood, tactile fabrics, warm metals, and contemporary silhouettes. The result is a refined yet inviting setting that captures Healdsburg’s relaxed sophistication and is designed to bring people together.

San Francisco–based Dunnigan Sprinkle Architects is shaping Alyvia as a contemporary addition to Healdsburg’s Mill District. Founded by Tom Sprinkle and Brendan Dunnigan, the firm draws on agrarian and industrial influences to create a modern wine-country aesthetic. Dramatic wood elements honor the site’s history, while the architecture balances residential warmth and comfort with the refined ease of a full-service hotel. Together, these elements connect Alyvia naturally to its landscape and downtown setting while expressing the region's character.
