Why Alyvia?
Rental Program
When not in personal use, the residence becomes part of Alyvia's professionally managed hotel program. Mayacama Hospitality oversees reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and day-to-day operations through a formal Rental Management Agreement, allowing owners to step away without the demands typically associated with a second home.
While owners are away, their home is actively cared for; when it is time to return, it is impeccably prepared, creating a seamless transition back to wine country living.
Mayacama
Ownership at The Residences at Alyvia includes elective membership to Mayacama, including membership initiation. Through its management and operational oversight of The Residences at Alyvia, Mayacama Hospitality connects owners and guests to the best of Sonoma County. Renowned for personalized service and deep local knowledge, Mayacama provides preferred access to acclaimed vintner and culinary programming, the region’s arts and culture, and the celebrated Mayacama Golf Club. Together, these benefits invite owners to experience wine country not simply as a destination, but as a way of life.
Owner Privileges
Charter-level golf access for owners, their family members, and accompanied guests
Access to select club amenities for guests while the owner is in residence, subject to club operations
Membership privileges transferable to a new owner upon resale, subject to club approval
A 50% discount on the then-current initiation fee for former Alyvia owners who subsequently apply for Mayacama membership

Flexible Stays
Ownership at The Residences at Alyvia is designed for those who value flexibility and ease. Owners may occupy their residence for up to 90 days per calendar year, with each stay limited to 30 consecutive days. This structure accommodates everything from spontaneous wine-country weekends to longer seasonal visits while providing the benefit of inclusion in Alyvia’s hotel rental program between stays.
